Our Mahi Mahi Fillets are come boneless and skinless for quick and simply preparation. Each fillet is 4 oz. individually vacuum packed and flash frozen to preserve their freshness and flavor. This premium fish offers a mild, slightly sweet taste and a firm, flaky texture, making it versatile for various culinary applications.
Cooking Instructions
Pan-Searing:
Thaw the fillets in the refrigerator or under cold running water.
Season with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil or butter.
Once the oil is shimmering, add the fillets.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
Grilling:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Thaw and season the fillets.
Place the fillets on a greased grill grate and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they easily flake with a fork.
Baking:
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Thaw and season the fillets. Optionally, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
