Our premium package of mushrooms offers a consistently delicious variety of edible mushrooms. The contents of each week’s package are based on current availability and production and will include curated selections from an assortment of all of the mushrooms currently available. This package is a great way to enjoy some spectacular fungi! As always we focus on freshly harvest local products first as available. We offer a rotation of 15 different Mushrooms depending on availability including: Cremini, Portabella Caps, Enoki, Oyster (Golden, Pink, Blue, King Blue, King, Snow, Black Pearl), Lion’s Mane, Shiitake, Hon Shimeji (Brown or White) and Chestnut Mushrooms.
