Preheat your convection oven to 325°F.
Take the frozen roll dough and place it on a greased sheet pan, spacing the rolls 1/2 to 1 inch apart to allow for expansion.
Brush the tops of the dough with melted butter or margarine. This will create a flavorful, golden crust.
Cover the sheet pan with a clean kitchen towel and place it in a warm area. Allow the dough to thaw and rise until it has doubled in size, which usually takes about 1 to 2 hours.
Once the dough has risen, place the pan in the preheated convection oven.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent over-browning.
Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and transfer them to a wire rack to cool. Enjoy your deliciously baked rolls!
